The Reentry Resource Directory provides an easy to search summary of organizations supporting ex-offenders as they are released from prison and reenter society. Users have the ability to quickly scan the directory by category, or search by keyword, to find a list of organizations providing the services they are looking for.

One Way Wireless Construction, Inc. (OWWC) is a wireless construction company which serves the Upper Midwest with various wireless construction services. OWWC provides service to all major wireless carriers and tower owners. OWWC seeks to hire & train those interested in learning the wireless construction industry. Ideal candidates will have a Valid Driver's License, ability to travel out of state/out of metro for up to a week at a time who are physically willing and able to work outside in all weather climates at extreme heights (300 - 500 feet above ground). One Way will consider those who do not have a Valid Driver's License currently, but, are soon to get if they have reliable transportation and no alcohol related offenses within the last 3 years.
